Net profit of the Google search engine in the second quarter increased more than twofold compared to the same period of 2005 and amounted to 721 million dollars or 2.33 dollars per share that Google has earned over the past three months from April to May this year, reports AFP. Last year, Google’s net profit for the second quarter totaled 343 million dollars.
Google Revenue in the second quarter amounted to 2.46 billion dollars, an increase of 76 percent over the same period last year, according to a published yesterday, Google accounts for the second quarter.
