Google is abusing the trust of users

Launched last week, a social service Google Buzz has already led to two formal complaints from users in the United States.
A resident of Florida Khibnik Eva (Eva Hibnick) has accused Google of violating several laws relating to electronic exchange of information, including the “Law on the Computer Fraud and Abuse” (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act) of 1984
